Our freedom, our way of life and our very lives are being threatened. However, the enemy is not just a few terrorists living in caves on the Afghan-Pakistani border, but all those who seek to take away our freedoms, whether it be those who capitalize on the politics of fear; those who deny others their freedom of speech under the banners of political correctness and "hate speech"; and anyone else who purposely misrepresents, covers up or entirely lies about the truth, regardless of the reasons they do it for. The truth is that Islam is not a "religion of peace", leftism and all other forms of collectivism are always doomed to failure and the media, as well as education systems, of Western-style "democracies" do not always tell the truth. The ATC is committed to the defense of freedom and is the home of media and other information that leftists, Islamic terrorists and many other powerful people don't want you to see!

Mohammad Cartoons

Non-comedic anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, and anti-non-Muslim cartoons are common in Islamic countries, in particular Arab countries. Recently, some in the Western World with a sense of humor decided to make fun of Islam.

On September 30, 2005, twelve editorial cartoons, most of which depicted the Islamic prophet Mohammad, were published in the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten. The newspaper announced that its publication of the cartoons was an attempt to "contribute to the debate regarding criticism of Islam and self-censorship". This drew immediate criticism and outrage from the Islamic World, since it is considered blasphemy under Islam to depict Mohammad in any visual way. Interestingly enough, there was no Muslim outrage in response to 9/11 or other such Terrorist attacks, although, murder is supposed to be one of the greatest sins and crimes that can possibly be committed, under Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and most other religions.

In late 2005 and early 2006, Islamic governments began to demand meetings with the Danish Government, as well as for the Danish Government to censor the cartoons. The Danish government made it clear that these cartoons could not be censored, due to the fact that there was Freedom of Speech in Denmark. As the controversy grew, more newspapers began to reprint the cartoons. At the same time, Muslims all over the World started violent and deadly riots which claimed at least 139 lives! That's right, 139 People were killed all because of just 12 little drawings!

Many newspapers all over the West, including the United States of America, however, were, and continue to be unwilling to print out the cartoons. Some only printed several (but not all twelve) of the cartoons. In some cases there were journalists who wanted to print out the cartoons, but were not allowed to do so by the managements of their newspapers. One example of this was the American newspaper, New York Press, who's staff walked out in protest after the management disallowed them to reproduce the cartoons as part of their reporting. In another case, two of the editors of the University of Illinois' student paper, the Daily Illini, were suspended for reprinting the cartoons. One of the editors was later fired.

It is rather strange that in the United States of America, the country where Freedom of Speech was practically first implemented, as well as the country with the best reputation for freedom (until recently), there were few printings of the cartoons; and some of those did dare to print them were punished!

The American comical cartoon series South Park made a two part episode called "Cartoon Wars" where it parodied the entire cartoons controversy. South Park accurately depicted Westerners who opposed the cartoons and worked hard to get them silenced, as people who buried their heads in the sand. Mohammad was also visually depicted in Cartoon Wars but ended up being censored by Comedy Central, the network on which South Park is aired.

In 2008, Jyllands-Posten and other newspapers reprinted some of the cartoons, in a clear statement of their commitment to the Freedom of Speech. On February 12, 2008, Danish police arrested several Islamic terrorists that were plotting to assassinate Kurt Westergaard, the cartoonist that drew the bomb in the turban cartoon. Westergaard has since been under police protection. Once again, riots and other violent attacks were carried out by Islamic terrorists.

Once again, like in the case of the Satanic Verses (Salman Rushdie's book), Submission, South Park's "Cartoon Wars", and now, Fitna; Islamic terrorists have resorted to threats, violence, terrorism, and other despicable and barbaric measures; all of which are intended to silence those that disagree with them. Above all, leftists, which make up the ruling establishments of all Western nations have generally agreed with, and bowed down to, the demands of the Islamic terrorists. Many more people have also capitulated to the demands of Islamic terrorists as a result of threats, violence, terrorism, and other forms of intimidation.

Western nations guarantee(d) the Freedom of Speech. As the citizens of these nations we must make use of these freedoms and we must ensure that our governments protect our freedoms. Our governments are not performing their duties of protecting us and our freedoms. Instead, they are yielding to the demands of people who are unwilling to sit down and talk; unwilling to negotiate; unwilling to debate; and only willing to burn, rape, and murder! The people must be governed through freedom not fear!

It should never be forgotten that more than 139 people were killed; countless cars, buildings, churches, and other property was damaged or destroyed; and Islamic terrorists have tried to silence all those that have criticized them through the use of threats, violence and terrorism! And yet, the entire Mohammad cartoons "controversy" is not just an isolated incident, but only one battle that is part of a world war between the forces of freedom, reason and civilization; and theocratic fascism and communism itself.

In late 2007, Geert Wilders, a member of Tweede Kamer (House of Representatives of the Dutch Parliament) for the Party for Freedom, announced that he would make a 15 minute movie about Islam. The movie exposes the Koran's violent and intolerant teachings. It is also "a call to shake off the creeping tyranny of Islamization", according to Geert Wilders. Released on March 27, 2008, "Fitna", which is Arabic for "disagreement and division among people" or a "test of faith in times of trial".

The movie was first mentioned by the Dutch media on November 27, 2007. Immediately, this sparked massive Muslim and leftist outrage. Wilders was branded as a "racist" and a "bigot" although he has never made any racist statements (Islam is a religion, not a race) or any statements about Islam without using the Koran's own violent teachings, which commands Muslims to kill Non-Muslims and conquer their lands. It should also be noted that other major religions, such as Christianity, Judaism and Buddhism, don't teach or encourage violence. Still, major protests and countless threats began coming in from ordinary Muslims, Islamic terrorist organizations and even Islamic governments! Iran is even threatening to boycott the Netherlands! Al-Qaeda and several other terrorist groups issued a Fatwa (an Islamic edict for assassination) against Geert Wilders...

Submission is a 10 minute film that was directed by Theo van Gogh and written by Ayaan Hirsi Ali (a former member of the Tweede Kamer (House of Representatives of the Dutch parliament) for the Dutch People's Party for Freedom and Democracy). It was first aired on the Dutch public broadcasting network (VPRO) on August 29, 2004. The word "Submission" is the literal and direct translation of "Islam" ("submission" as in submission to Allah). Submission exposes the barbaric treatment of women within Islam, including verses from the Koran that justify the abuse of women.

The film tells the story of four fictional Muslim women who have been abused in different ways. The women are played by a single actress, who has serious scars from beatings on her back, along with verses from the Koran written on her. One of the characters in the movie has also been raped by a relative...

Why was the massive pork-barrel spending in the economic "stimulus" bills of early 2009 barely reported on by the mainstream media? Why is there a general shift in the West toward socialism, including the restriction of free speech, restriction of gun rights and restriction of economic freedom? Why do Western governments – even supposedly right wing ones – work to increase the size of themselves and promote socialist ideas? In this video, researcher, author and political lecturer G. Edward Griffin interviews KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov, who may hold the key to what really happened in the West between the 1950s and 1970s. Be advised: This video will either confirm your longstanding suspicions or surprise you like never before...
